Go to the airport runway in a fast car (Infernus, Super GT, police cruiser, etc.). There are small yellow ramps scattered in the grass by the runway. Locate one, drive back a good distance, then at full speed hit the ramp so that only half your car actually hits the ramp. You should get enough spins to get the achievement.
Go on the Algonquin Bridge that connects Dukes to Algonquin. Find the part where the lanes split at the bridge when going westbound. At the split is a small ramp. Hit that ramp at high speed to make your car roll over several times. Try to land in the lower area for more room to roll over

Right, the "One Man Army" achievement huh... difficult...? easy...? well I say simple as toast!
Forget the tips you've heard about running under the bridge with the train tracks on it. Its boring and doesnt always work.
THERS A MUCH MUCH EASIER WAY........ AND BETTER FUN TOO!.....
Early in the game steal or spawn a JETMAX speedboat. [DIAL 9385550100] If spawning.
Then speed off around to the other locked islands ALGONQUIN or ALDERNEY. Doing this will provoke a 6 star wanted level by the police, because the Jetmax speedboat is the fastest in the game, it can easily out-run police boats, hellicopters and obviously cars! Just keep going round and round the islands at full speed checking the scenery doing jumps (3 good ones to the left of Coloney Island) and you will in no time at all unlock this achievment.
Its so simple its silly. I did this for 20 minutes before I got bored and let them kill me. (you only need 5 minutes real time to unlock achievment) During this I didnt even lose any health as your just that fast nothing can catch you up. Just keep an eye on the radar so you dont directly head into a load of patrol boats.

over to the southern or northern end (it doesn't matter but the south end is closer). Find the 2 yellow small signs that have a small path between them. Take the airplane and carefully place it in the center of the pathway staying on the path straight. When ready have the other player drive at a high speed and ramp the yellow signs. If you hit the propellers then you will be flying!

Next invite one of the above to an activity lets say... drinking. Always make sure you pick them up within a gametime hour or your likeness percentage will decrease ( except for Roman) and instead of going straight to a bar take them 1st for a meal (anywhere relevant) 2nd to a show or function such as bowling, then finally go to the agreed activity. you can do this in any order providing you do what you asked them to do last. Note: If they Phone you to engage in an activity then you have to go straight to it!
All the characters will start to complain that they dont want to do the other activities from time to time but doing this will dramitcally increase the percentages quicker ( this can save a lot of game time believe me!) Pay attention to Brucie as he has two activities in the game only he can access ( Powerboat ride and Helli ride) Careful though, as if your late for his activities it reduces percentage by 10 each time! And remember, its a good idea to ask them to go drinking often then do other activities before hand, as you will then have to do them while in a drunken state! Darts, bowling and pool are particulaly funny but harder!
Doing all this to the characters will help achieve three things........ First,when all above 90%, you will unlock the Liberty city 5 achievement. Secondly this counts towards 100% game compleation achievment once all above 75%. And finally doing so will unlock an ability gained from each player. As below.......
BRUCIE = Helli pickup from anywhere, ( usefull for out running police)
PACKIE = Car bomb at any time.
ROMAN = Free taxi pick up at any time.
L/JACOB = Cheaper guns and ammo, ( jus holla an e cum a callin)
DWAYNE = Backup from two of his homies, ( Usefull for large gunfights)

Easy way to complete the " FINISH HIM " achievement. By: TheJudge(373) 69%
The "Finish Him " achievement requires you to randomly complete 10 counter attack moves on passes by in 4 minutes!
To do this you have to hold LT to target a victim, then provoke him by pushing or hitting him once. when they fight back keep hold of LT to lock on and use the A button just as they start to swing, Nico should duck or lean back. When he does this then immiediatly press the B button 3 times for successfull combos, you can do this twice to one character in the game sometimes, others will just fall or run away.
The biggest problem with this achievement is the interference of the police, they are a pain when up against the clock.
There is a location on the map that is perfect to do this achievement very easily without disruption and it involves the homless folk of liberty city.
First enter the train tunnel via the Algonquin bridge, you need to enter it on the Algonquin island, after 200 meters or so ( watch out for trains!) into the tunnel you come to a large intersection with lots of track and juctions, you will also notice the inclusion of lots of homeless vagrants standing around barrel fires, these vagrants are the best targets to attack in the game as they are very slow and vunerable. You can easlily counter/combo them and should have the achievement done in around 40 seconds, as soon as one is down just run over to another, you will never run out of them. The good thing about this area is you will never get any attention from the police either!
Have fun guys and remember theres nothing clever about attacking homeless people, its just for the game.

Great way to cover during a shotout. 67%
If you are about to enter a shootout and a car is available (preferably a large car). Drive up to the shootout location and exit the car and immediately press the cover button. Niko should cover behing the open car door like the cops do.
Doing this should give you a nice covering location as well as a quick way to escape incase you are badly damaged. Just avoid having your car explode.

Drive to Alderney (the third island) then go to Westdyke (the northern-most neighborhood in Alderney.) Drive down Beaverhead Ave (the road following the northern coast of the island) until you see a right turn. Go down that road and it should lead you to an abandoned casino. Once in front of the building turn left and you should see a pile of junk in a corner surrounded by a fence. Hop over that fence and walk into the corner of the wall. Then crouch down and spin in place clockwise as fast as you can without leaving the corner. If done correctly you should spin right through the wall. It took me six tries before I finally got it, but it was worth it. Once inside, watch out for blue holes (if you fall down one you die and will have to start over.) You also will want to stay away from outside walls because although you can see-through them they are still there and if you walk through one you won't be able to get back in and will have to start over. There should be a bit of water beneath where you are standing when you first go through the wall, where you can swim under everything in the area. You can swim under the street where you first came down, and shoot at people (you can see them, but they can't see you.) If you want to have fun, shoot at the nearby pedestrians and get your wanted level up. Once the cops come, you can shoot and kill them, but all they can do is shoot at the ground (the more cops, the more fun.) P.S. This glitch only works in a little area, so don't swim out too far or you won't be in the glitch anymore and people will be able to see and shoot at you again.

Help with " UNDER THE RADAR " achievment. ( 40 points ) By: TheJudge(373) 56%
Under the radar achievment consists of you having to fly under 12 main bridges that span water in the game. The majority to find are pretty straight foward, however there is one bridge which I had difficulty with.
In the South west corner of the city in TUDOR (ALDERNEY STATE), there is a canal that consists of four bridges over it.
Every one of these bridges have to be navigated underneath including the lowest small one, however the large bridge at the beginning of the the canal at the mouth has to be passed on the RIGHT hand side of the large chimney that sits directly in the middle/front of it. (You can recognise this by the black arch framework located to the underside).
Simply flying through the bit on the left that sits directly over the canal will not unlock the achievment progreesion.
Hope this helps anyone who got annoyed with it like me!

During the game you are asked to steal 30 listed cars and drive them back to the garage in BOHAN (INDUSTRIAL). [Complete, (Brucie "No 1") mission and (" Smackdown" Derick McReary) mission to unlock this task]
Soon after Stevie should inform you of the 1st car.
Each one is sent to you via a text message which includes item location and picture of the vehicle.
Once this task has been compleated (all 30) you have access to the same garage as many times as you like. you should have money by now anyhow but if you need more, then simply steal a high powerd car such as TURISMO, COMET, INFERNUS, SULTAN GT, SUPER GT, BANSHEE, COGNOSCENTI . Doing so and returning them to the garage each time providing there in a good state or perfect will net you between 7000 and 15000 for each vehicle.
Note: You can do this as many times as you like so potentialy you could become very very rich with some effort.

Another Easy Way To Get One Man Army Achievement 50%
Okay so your going 2 want to go to Franci International Airport but be aware as soo as you go near the runwayy you will get 4 stars wanted. So for this you will need full health, armor and ammo for the AK47 and or M4, also it helps 2 have RPG ammo but that's optional. So your going to steal the Annihilator (Helicopter) its on the North Western part of Francis International and when you reach that general area you should see 3 helipads and the Annhilator is on the far right helipad. So your going 2 sprint 2 the helicopter and steal it but do it fast because by this time you probably have 4 stars. So fly the helicopter and land on any building high but low enough 2 where you can still lock on 2 the cops (probably work best on skyscraper). Once your on top start locking on 2 the cops and shooting them then the bad helicopters start coming in twos and all you have 2 do 2 make them go away is shoot out the gunner on both sides or just use the RPG once they get close enough. Also you get the stars faster if you also blow up the squad cars/swat cars. Once you get 5 stars the Annihilators start coming you can take them down the same way. After a few minutes of this you will get your 6 stars and you simply get back in your helicopter and fly around Liberty City until you get the achievement. If you die or cant escape from the six stars simply load last saved game but dont worry you will still have the achievement.

Part 2
Jeff is not happy with the video you send him, and plus his wife is dead, he'll ask you to dump her body and the vehicle, follow the blue mark on the GPS to make your way to the lake, don't try to stay away from the NOOSE, and safely dump the body.
Part 3
This part is nothing! Jeff will beg you to be his friend, but you fefuse, he ran to the street and been killed by a car, just take his cash and your mission for Jeff ends.

If you like crushing and stuff like that then theres two ways first way is to get a helicopter go to the highest tower get out of the helicopter high as you can on the side of the building then spawn a turismo (which I think is best) then drive off the biulding and bang... your car should be crush depends on where you crush it. the second is to get a phantom you can get them by go to phils place and there should be a few phantoms then start crashing into vechiles. have fun

The Simply Way of gettin the 22%
First get a tour helicopter. If in the beggining then spawn an Annihilator( to cause this easy you should do this when at least one island is lock.) Fly around and around but becareful because there would be at least two other Annihilater which would shoot rockets or the machine gun at you. Trust me it will work I did this about only five missions completed. Do not listen to no one else said even with the boat one. it is not hat simply. I try it once and it never worked.
