About This Guide
Hey everyone, glad your viewing this guide. It's not quite finished but I will be adding more as much as I possibly can everyday. This guide is to simply aid you through the main story of the game and is for use with any console or the PC. Keep watch, will hopefully be done within the next week or so.

Roman

The Cousins Belic
After you step of the boat you find out that Roman has lied about his success in Liberty City. His sports car is actually a Taxi and Niko is not too impressed. For some reason Roman is far too happy to drive so he lets Niko take the wheel.This is a very simple mission, all you need to do is follow the GPS on the radar to Roman's apartment. The GPS adapts to where you are moving so if you are not comfortable with the controls feel free to drive around the city for a bit and get sorted. Once you get back to the apartment you will be greeted with another cutscene. You are now left to your own devices, you can move around the city now as you please. To continue the story go visit the R on the map.
At the end of the Mission your are advised to save the game. While the game autosaves after each mission if you do ever want to save the game. Head back to the Home icon on the map and head over to your bed. Saving the game also moves time six hours ahead which is useful to bear in mind as later on you will be arrangeing important meetings you cannot miss.

It's Your Call
Head over to the R on the map and watch the cutscene. After this get in the cab and drive to marker on map. Once you get there Roman gives you his old phone with his number in. Don't move and wait until the Albanians arrive, then call Roman as soon as you see them. The Albanians start to chase after you once Roman gets in the car. Follow the GPS route back to the Taxi Depo and try to lose the pursueing car. Don't bother trying to ram it off the road just drive away as fast as you can. Finish the mission by driving safely into the marker.

Three's A Crowd
Roman sends you a text telling you to meet him at the depot. Head over there and watch the cutscene. After helping Roman out he asks you to go pick up his girlfriend from the Hove Beach Subway station, head over to there to pick her up. Once you pick them up simply drop them off at Michelles. You get Michelles number however Mallorie suggests you should get some new threads. Roman calls and says you should head over to the clothes store. Following the instructions onscreen buy any clothes you like until it says that should be enough to impress Michelle. That simply completes the Mission.

First Date
After a while Michelle will ring you up and ask you out on a date, this is when the pink M with a heart appears. Head over there to start the Mission. The Mission starts by giving you a quick overview of the types of dates. Today Michelle wants to go to the carnival so take her and her car and follow the yellow blip on your marker. Once you get there you find the Carnival is closed so Michelle suggests going bowling. The Bowling alley is just up the ramp and to the left so head over there and go inside. Tell the cashier you want to bowl and he will ask you to pick a lane. Pick a lane and follow the instructions on screen to play the game. After you finish the game you need to take Michelle back to her apartment. The Mission ends when you drop her off.

Bleed Out
Back at the Depot Roman still owes money to the Albanians and now they have him trapped. Follow the Blue Blip over to the basketball court to find Roman. As you approach Roman Bledar approaches you first as you Kalem lays into Roman. Follow the onscreen instructions and work out the basics of melee combat. Lock onto Bledar and use the various melee attacks to beat him up. When he falls, do the same to Kalem. As you fight him the onscreen instructions teach you how to block, dodge and counter. Once he is down head over to Roman which triggers a cutscene.
Follow Roman to his Taxi then speed after the last remaining Albanian, he is marked as a red blip on your radar. Stay close to him, if he gets too far away the Mission will fail. Note you can't actually take him out in the car, follow him until he gets out of his car and heads up a nearby staircase. Follow him on foot up the stairs into the room. He pulls out a knife on you so follow the onscreen instructions to disarm him and pick up the knife. Use this to your advantage and kill him, once dead jump back into Romans car and head back to the depot to finish the Mission.

Easy Fare
Head back over the R at the depot to start the Mission. After the cutscene Vlad suggests you go out and do some favours for him. Jump into Romans taxi and head to the yellow blip and pick up Jermaine. He gets in the car and asks to go to Masterson St. Follow the GPS again to the next destination. Once you arrive Jermaine exits to go pick up some stolen parts. You'll get a quick tutorial on Wanted Levels before police cruisers start storming in.
Stick to what Jermaine says and evade the cops as best you can. In order to get away you need drive out of the wanted circle. This Mission gives you 2 stars and the best way to lose them is to keep winding around. Keep your eye on the radar to make sure no one else sees when your getting away. Avoid large streets and stick to smaller side streets to throw them off your trail. Once your outside of the circle keep hidden for about 15 seconds before you totally lose the cops. The quickest way to do this is keep driving away from the circle and avoid cops even once your out of it. Once you've lost the cops drop Jermaine of at the yellow blip to finish the Mission. This also unlocks you Pay N' Spray.

Jamaican Heat
Head back over to the cab depot R to start this one. After the cutscene take any car and follow the blue blip to go pick up Little Jacob. Honk your horn to get his attention and he hops into your car. Head over to the yellow blip and note that on your way Little Jacob hands you a piece so get ready for some action. Once you get there Little Jacob sends you to a lookout spot so you can oversee his meeting, again the yellow blip. Head down the alley and climb the stairs to get up there. Pay attention to the onscreen hints on you to pick up and scroll through weapons. Soon after three gangsters ambush Little Jacob, use Lock on to lock onto them then shoot at them with the fire button. Remember you can use the Right stick to aim at various parts of their body whilst locked on and flick the right stick to select each target. After you take down the first three a fourth attacker emerges from a rooftop to the left. After you take him down take Little Jacob back to the cafe to end the Mission.

Vlad

Bull In A China Shop
After receiving a phone call from Vlad head to the V on the map to start the Mission. After the cutscene Vlad wants you to go and teach a lesson to a customer who owns a china shop on Camben Av. Vlad does not want you to kill the man but smash up his stuff instead. You can either drive yourself over there or at this point you an hail a cab and have him drive you to the Yellow blip. Once you get there the Shopkeeper is not intimidated by you at all. Follow the green blip round nehind you and follow the instructions to pick stuff up. Once you pick up a brick or something take it back round to the china shop. Aim and throw at one of the windows until the man pays up. Once you have the money head back over to Vlads to end the Mission.

Hung Out To Dry
After completing the last mission you will receive a text from Vlad saying he wants you to do more work. Head over to the V to activate the cutscene. Follow the GPS to the Laundromat. Once the guy tries to make a run for it, run straight out the back to the car facing the getaway van. Jump straight in and follow the red blip on the radar, once you catch up to him smash his van as much as you can until he stops. If you destroy your own car you can quickly jump out and get into a new one. Once hes had enough he promises to pay Vlad and you complete the Mission.

Clean Getaway
Follow the V icon back to the Bar. After the cutscene Niko is instructed to steal a silver Blista Compact as a payment for Vlad's bosses debt. The Blista compact is parked quite far away and Vlad wants you to use the public transpot system. Follow the yellow blips in and up to the station platform and wait for the train (blue blip) to arrive. Once out of the train follow the blue blip again to pick up the Blista Compact. Once you get there two men stand in your way of taking the car, you can either jump right in and drive away before they pull you out or you can kill them first, up to you. In the next part of the Mission Vlad wants you to take the car to the car wash, simply follow the yellow blip and enter the carwash. Once clean all you have to do is take the car back to Vlads lockup.

Ivan The Not So Terrible
Once again follow the V back to the bar. Take your car and follow the yellow blip to Romans cab depot, before you've even got there Ivan is making his escape. Chase Ivan (red blip) until he reaches a constructions site in Hove Beach. Keep following the red blip and use the ladder to climb up after him, there are a few sets of ladders and stairs. Once at the top chase him him across the rooftop across his exact route using the jump button to climb over obstacles, keep at him until he reaches the catwalk. It is at this point that you get to choose Ivan's fate.
The icon that flashes red and blue on the radar means that you can make a moral decision with this character. You can either walk away and let him get up or walk closer and kick him off the edge to his death. Either will complete the mission but they will have different consequences later on. After completing the mission head down the staircase to the right and behind you. This ends your Missions for Vlad.

Little Jacob
0
Concrete Jungle
After completing Jamaican Heat Little Jacob now trusts you and you can start the LJ Missions. Follow the yellow GPS while Little Jacob talks about the deal about to go down. Once there LJ hops out and instructs you to head round the back and keep watch. Drive to the next yellow marker and wait for a bit. At this point LJ will call you saying the deal has gone bad and he wants you to kill the fools if they run out the back. As you would expect three dudes bust out the back start running down the alley, you need to get them quickly before they get away. You can either run them over and kill them or simply get out and chase them down. Hopefully you should stil have your ammo from Jamaican Heat, if not run them over.
Get back in a car and pick up Little Jacob (blue blip) he says he wants revenge on the dealers so follow the yellow blip now on the radar. Once there Little Jacob teaches you how to take cover, once on the wall LJ opens the door. Shoot the dude on the stairs, then head over to the left and takeout the guy through the window. After he's down head upstairs with LJ and take cover behind the sofa. Two more drug dealers enter and you can take them out from behind the sofa, the best way to do this is stay in cover, lock on then fire some quick shots and dodge back into cover if they fire back. Once they are dead you can pick up the Health pack thats on the table in the Kitchen, LJ then asks for you to drop him back at his cafe.

Shadow
In order to start this mission you must have completed Do You Have Protection? from Faustin. Back at the cafe LJ needs some help, after the cutscene follow the yellow marker. Walk into the marker to trigger a cutscene, Niko watches the dealer sell out his stash and call his supplier to get some more product. Follow the dealer slowly, don't let him get away but make sure your not too close that he gets spooked. Roman might call you and give up your position so hang back as far as you can. If he does you will have to sprint after him. Eventually he will enter an apartment block and he will go up five flights of stairs, let him lead you to the suppliers room. Get ready for a gunfight so get up against the door. You can shoot the door open, then blast everyone inside to end the mission. The end of this mission unlocks friend activities with LJ and Drug Delivery missions.

Uncle Vlad
After beating Ivan the Not So Terrible you get a new R back on the depot. Roman finds out that Mallorie has been cheating on him with Vlad and Niko plans to bring him to justice. Jump in the car and ride over to the bar which is yellow blip. Vlad will now try to escape so kill the two guys in the bar anyway you like but make sure its quick, they only use their fists aswell. Get back in the car and chase afer Ivan now represented as the red blip. Keep chasing him until he crashes his car then follow him on foot. Vlad gives you a speech then you can pull out your gun and kill him execution style, do this to finish the Mission.

Crime And Punishment
After you beat the mission Uncle Vlad, Roman calls saying he is in a dustbin, go meet him there to trigger a long cutscene. After the cutscene Faustin tasks you with hijacking a shipment of TV's. You start the mission outside Faustins house and to pull over the cars you need to get into a cop car, how convenient that just left up the road a police car pulls over chasing a dude into back yard. Jump in the car and call Dimitri, he tells you that you need to pull over the van with the TV shipment and take it to the lockup. The difficult thing here is that there are three of them driving around. It doesn't actually matter which ones you get because the last one will almost always be in the third van, only sometimes in the second. Follow either of the vans in the police car and as you get close turn on the siren. Each of them will pull over and show you whats in the van. When you get to the actual TV van there will be two dudes in the car, one of them with a handgun. As you check the right van the guy will immediately shoot at you. Kill him and get in the van. All you need to do now is take van to the lockup so follow the GPS until your there.

Do You Have Protection
After beating the previous mission Roman will call you and a new F will appear on your map. Head over to start this new one. After the cutscene get in a car and follow the the yellow route out to the sex shop. Exit the car and follow Dimitri down the stairs, after a brief cutscene Dimitri instructs you to cover Joseph with a gun. Hold in the targeting trigger to target Joseph, the guy next to him Brett then makes you an offer. Use the free aim to shoot him in the leg and sends him a message. After this follow Dimitri back out into street. He wants to buy you a present so follow the yellow GPS to the gun store, once you arrive go inside and purchase a Micro-Smg, this purchase if free but more ammo will cost you $100. Once you've bought the gun exit the building and take Dimitri back to Faustins mansion. Dimitri thanks you and asks you to call by their club later.

Final Destination
Follow the F on the map to the Perestroika club to start the mission. As you start hop into a car and make your way to the train station, on your way make sure you pay the toll booth to avoid police attention. You can of course smash your way through and speed past the police. When you arrive, Niko calls Faustin and he directs you to the elevated area of the train station. At the top you trigger a quick cutscene after you which you are instructed to take out Lenny, he'll have a red target over his head. The easiest way to do this is to take out his mate first as Lenny nearly always gets away then chase him down across the train tracks. You need to do this quick before he gets away to a parked car on the street down from the tracks. After hes dead Niko phones Dimitri and a new F appears down at the Beachhouse.

Logging On
After the mission Final Destination for Faustin, Romans R appears back on the map at the Depot. Roman insists that Niko must get online at the nearest internet cafe. Head out to the @ icon on the yellow GPS and enter the internet cafe. Just approach assistant and then log onto the computer. All you have to do is open up the browser and activate your account by posting a reply, you can then mess about a bit on the internet and when your done just log out. When you leave Niko phones Roman to report your online. The end of this mission opens up the exotic exports missions as well.

Faustin

No Love Lost
When you return to Faustin's he sends you aid his out of control daughter. Get in a car and follow the yellow marker, once you get there a short cutscene is triggered and the Biker attempts to get away. Jump on the bike next to you and chase after him, again as the red blip on your map. Be careful not to fall off the bike because on fall could seriously let him get away. Don't try and ram or shoot him just follow him carefully until he reaches his destination. Eventually, he gets there and there a meets up with a bunch of his gang friends. You can shoot a few of them off there bikes but its generally lot easier to wait until they are all at there destination and won't run away anywhere. If you kill a few at the begining the ones that flee sometimes get away. They all head off road to an area with a ton of trees, definitely take cover behind these as the last guy has a shotgun. After they are all dead, the mission is complete.

Rigged To Blow
Once you complete Logging On from Roman this mission becomes availible back at the beachouse. After the cutscene follow the blue blip out to a large truck parked outside a factory, once inside Niko learns that it is full of explosives. Faustin wants you to take to a garage in south Bohan. The drive to the garage is pretty long, watch the green light on the back of the truck and make sure you get into any major collisions. If you do the light on the back will start flashing, if you get really beat up the truck will blow up so be as careful as you can. Again make sure you pay for the toll booth if you don't want to get police after you. Park the truck inside the garage and press the button indicated to trigger the bomb. Run outside then you can guess what happens. You then need to get out of the area without attracting any attention. Once this is done Niko calls calls Faustin and tells him the good news. After this you'll get a text from Dimitri ad he wants you to meet him, a DR appears on the map.

Dimitri

The Master And The Molotov
Head over to the Perestroika, watch Faustin and his thugs enter. After this you will get a text from Dimitri telling you he has left you some protection round the side of the club. Once your ready to head in go inside to trigger the cutscene, get ready to fight as soon as it ends. Waste the two thugs infront of you then jump straight onto some cover. Though Faustin is your target, you don't need to take him out just yet. Get rid of the other guys first and use your cover wisely, shooting in bursts definitely helps aswell. Leave Faustin til last and then when he does take enough damage he yells for help and runs out the back. Push forward and take cover while you take out more guys coming towards you. As you move after him be prepared to get ambushed, one in the exit hallway and another in the back alley. Three Russians wait for you in the hallway as you move out to the alley so keep close to cover and let that be your best friend.
There are more in the alley out the back which you must kill quickly before Faustin escapes, be brave, jump at them and use cover as best as you can. Once everyone is dead round the back head up the stairs in the alley to finish Faustin off. When you get to the roof Faustin finally gives up, you can then end him anyway you like. After this is done you need to wait for a phonecall from Dimitri as you await your payment.
There are more in the alley out the back which you must kill quickly before Faustin escapes, be brave, jump at them and use cover as best as you can. Once everyone is dead round the back head up the stairs in the alley to finish Faustin off. When you get to the roof Faustin finally gives up, you can then end him anyway you like. After this is done you need to wait for a phonecall from Dimitri as you await your payment.

Russian Revolution
After you get the phone call, you will receive another from Little Jacob and hes going to help do the mission and you will need his help. Make sure you stock up on armor and guns then head over to the blue blip to meet up with Little Jacob. As soon as the cutscene ends your behind cover with Little Jacob, this has become pretty standard shooting now so just stick behind cover and take guys out one at a time, there is also armor on the floor near the entrance. Do make sure you get the guys above you as they can get really annoying. Watch for Little Jacob as he pushes forward and don't get too far behind. Use the radar to help you work out who's above you and where enemies have taken cover. If you need health theres kit in one of the rooms on the right.
Once you've cleared them out Dimitri scurries away and your left against the cops. The best thing to do here is take cover behind the open door, kill the cops around the cars to allow you and Little Jacob to make a clean run for it. The Police Cruiser is a good vehicle so use it your advantage and get to the Pay N Spray. Try not to kill too many as it will only increase your wanted level, only the ones necessary. The next thing to do here is Focus on losing your wanted level, do this before trying to take Little Jacob back to his cafe. When you get back there you will be rewarded with a cutscene.
Once you've cleared them out Dimitri scurries away and your left against the cops. The best thing to do here is take cover behind the open door, kill the cops around the cars to allow you and Little Jacob to make a clean run for it. Romans Sorrow
After Russian Revolution you are instructed to give Roman a phone call, after doing so follow the yellow GPS marker to a parking garage on the east of the island. Next follow the yellow route again and head back to Romans apartment. Follow the very straightforward mission and head up to your new apartment in Bohan, this becomes your new apartment.

Brucie

Search And Delete
After you complete Rigged To Blow, Roman calls you to tell you that Brucie has some work. The Micro SMG is very useful in this mission so stock up on ammo, if you have some already, head over to the B to start the mission. First things first, you need to find a police car so get out your phone and call up 911. When it arrives, wait for the cops to pull over and let the passenger get out and take a look around. When he gets far enough away from the car run around to the drivers side, pull him out, then speed away out of the wanted area. Once your out Niko will automatically phone Brucie, and he'll give you details on what to do next. Pull over and press the indicated button to access the police computer, go to search police records and type in RIVAS. The search will bring up two results and the one you want is Lyle Rivas. Look at his profile and he'll automatically be added on your map and GPS. Head over to the yellow blip and park your car outside the front staircase, then move up inside and into the marker.
After the cutscene Rivas will immediately run away and into a car in the alley, head back outside into your car and chase after him, now the red blip on the radar. Rivas will head out and try to get away on the freeway, this is the best time to stick behind him and use RB or R1 to fire out of your car at him, this is also where the Micro SMG comes in handy. Watch out as Rivas causes cars to crash and trucks to flip as they will often end up in your path. After you've shot or rammed Rivas enough his car will set on fire causing him to bail out. This part is crtical so don't let him get away on foot, you can simply slow down and run over him or gun him down in your car; if you really wanted you could get out on foot. Easy As Can Be
After the cutscene hop into a car over to the yellow blip. Once you arrive get into the car parked in the alley, the blue blip now on the radar. After you enter a short cutscene will play showing you that you are trapped, actually your not. Now there are two ways to do this next part, you can simply head straight down to the end of the alley and turn left back out onto the streets and drive away. The other option is to stay in the car and shoot the guys through windscreen of each car. If you choose to speed away just make sure you don't mess up majorly, they generally can't catch up if you get a good start but one mistake will cost. If you choose to shoot the dudes be aware that your attracting attention and it will most likely be from police, this doesn't make things easier. Decide on how confident you are on driving and then make up your mind. Either way its a short ride back to Brucies so you won't take much damage either way. Once the car is in the lock up the mission will end.

Manny

Escuela Of The Streets
After you complete Roman's Sorrow a new M icon will appear on your map. It's at a community center in South Bohan. Take a car and let Manny get in aswell, you need to take him to a Grocery store, the yellow marker on the map. Once you get there a short cutscene will play and you will immediately have to follow the dealer, this however is not a chase. You need to follow him but don't let him know that you are, the best thing to do is stay two car lengths behind, just like Niko says. If you do get too close or too far behind a message will pop up onscreen letting you know, this gives you a chance to hang back or speed up to him. Manny and Niko will also say things if you get too close etc. Remember you can also press Circle or B to find out where the dealer is. Stick behind him at a steady pace and you will arrive at the warehouse in no time.
After a short cutscene Manny drops you off and asks you to take out the dealer. The front door is locked so simply shoot out the lock and take cover on the left side of it. Shoot open the door and take out the guys closest to you, if you need health there is a kit in the office inside to the right. Most of the dudes have Uzis and some have Shotguns so don't rush in there. Hang back at the entrance and when you feel you can move in to the boxes directly ahead and take cover behind them. Once there all down run around and pick up there weapons and head to the vending machine for health if you need it. Exit the warehouse to complete the mission.

Street Sweeper
Follow the M icon back the community center to start the next mission for Manny. He wants you to go to Windmill Street and take out some gang bangers. Follow the yellow blip and head over to Windmill St, when you get close enough the blip will turn red indicating who you need to kill. The onscreen instructions tell you how to do a drive by, aiming the camera at them and pressing the indicated button. Shoot the guys outside the garage whilst staying in your vehicle. As soon as you do this a car with more gang members in drives speeding past you. Don't worry about this yet, make sure you have the guys on Windmill St first.
Once those gang members are down, you now need to chase after the guys in the car. They won't have gotten to far away so speed after them, when you reach them fire in the same way with your weapons at the moving vehicle. Shooting they're tires can help immensely here as they will spin out of control letting you drive right up to them and killing both through the windows of the car. Successfully doing so will result in completion of the mission.
Once those gang members are down, you now need to chase after the guys in the car. They won't have gotten to far away so speed after them, when you reach them fire in the same way with your weapons at the moving vehicle. Shooting they're tires can help immensely here as they will spin out of control letting you drive right up to them and killing both through the windows of the car. Successfully doing so will result in completion of the mission.

Luck Of The Irish
After receiving a phone call from Malorie the new E icon appears on the map. Your basically wanted to be a guardian angel for this mission. After the cutscene head over to the yellow blip, you will then be instructed to go the roof of the building and pick up the sniper rifle. Head up there, pick it up, then move to the vantage point. Aim down and watch over Packie as he does the deal.
After a while the deal goes bad and a host of bad guys start shooting at Packie. All you need to do is scope in at the bad guys and take them out with the sniper, since your so far away they can't shoot you back. As they can't shoot you they will shoot Packie, if any of the members gets to close a message will appear stating he is in trouble, aim around to find him and shoot the gang member hes fighting with. Doing this mission fast is essential, if Packie takes too much damage you will fail, note also that if any of the gang members gets away alive you will fail as well. After killing the first 5 the sixth member will attempt to run away, shoot him in the back. Next three or four more guys will appear, take them out in the same away. Once they are all down Packie will run to safety and the mission will complete. After a phonecall with Elizabeta a new E will appaear on the map.

Blow Your Cover
Just like the previous mission your wanted again to be a guardian angel, this time however you have a new friend Playboy X, I recommend stocking up on ammo and armor for this one. Follow the yellow blip to the destination, Playboy will then tell you whats about to go down. As you enter the building pick up the shotgun at the back of the hallway then follow Playboy upstairs. After the cut scene the buyers turn out to be undercover cops, stay on the cover and shoot the two guys in the next room, there's a nice big hole in the wall to shoot through. Go into the room after, follow it round to the pillar for cover, two guys will be close in the hall so peer round and waste them by the stairs. Two more are now at the top of the next flight of stairs, keep your weapon aimed and move up, the first cop will dive out to shoot you so get him first. The second cop at the top of the stairs will be behind you hiding by a bookcase. You can get him by slowly walking up the stairs backwards aimed out at the hallway.
Two more cops are up the next landing so basically do the same thing again, walk up backwards with your weapon aimed. As Playboy moves up one cop runs towards him, take him out from the staircase. The next one is just at the end of the hall. Playboy immediately runs up the stairs again and takes cover behind a wall, take cover right beside him and pick up the health pack right next to him. After you kill the two guys behind the ventilation shafts Playboy moves forward, stay back and pick off the three cops heading towards Playboy. After they are dead pick up the armor next to one of the ventilators on the lower part of the roof. There will also be lots of ammo around, well worth picking up. Next head down the fire escape to another lower part of the roof. There's one more cop by the rooftop door, killing him will give you a two star wanted level. Head down the stairs and aim down the second set, a cop should run out for you to easily kill. Run down the next set then finally on the last set a single cop will wait for you at the bottom.

The Puerto Rican Connection
At the M at the community center Manny wants you to kill some of his ex-gang members. They are heading over on a train to Dukes, so once the mission starts get in a car and follow the yellow blip by the bridge. After the cut scene you will need to chase down the train, speed after it as if you fall behind you will fail. The best thing to do is to stick underneath the train tracks above you and if you start to lose it press the chase camera button to move the camera directly to the train. When doing this try to concentrate on the train and your driving, a bad crash will ultimately lead to your failure.
Once you follow the train to its destination the gang members will exit the train and attempt to get away, you can't let them go. Instead of going up to the train wait for them to come down, they will attempt to get into a getaway car parked at an angle by some newspaper stands, its close to the station exit. The best thing to do here is wait for them to come down and shoot them as they try to make it to the car. If they somehow get past you and make it to the car you will need to chase after them and kill them with a drive by. It's relatively simple so try not to let them past you. At the end of this mission a ? icon will appear on your map, to continue this mission thread you will need to wait until Elizabeta calls and a new E will appear.

The Snow Storm
I recommend for this mission you stock up on ammo and armor before starting. After a small fight between Elizabeta and Little Jacob, Niko needs to get that coke back so get into a vehicle follow the yellow blip over to Colony Island. It's at a ruined hospital on the island and once you get there a short cut scene shows you that the coke is somewhere inside. A bunch of red markers on your map also show you there's enemies about. The best thing to do is pick them off at a distance if you have any ammo left from Luck Of The Irish. If not a grenade next to the car will kill a few guys, theres also a nice wall to hide behind for cover. When you make it to the entrance watch out as there are probably still guys inside either up on the balcony or in the lobby. Be careful and peek round the corners to see whats going on. Use cover and your radar to help you find out where they are and take them out. In the last room there are two drug dealers in the room with the coke. I quite enjoyed standing up against the wall and blind tossing a grenade in here.
Once those guys are down head into the room and note that the drugs are now a green blip, don't pick them up yet. You'll notice also that armor is lying on the floor and if you scout back to some of the other rooms in the building there is health lying around. You will definitely need this. Once ready head in and pick up the coke. Once picked up Niko phones Little Jacob and as he does an army of those NOOSE cops arrive. It gives you a nice three star wanted level so prepare yourself. Bear in mind that guys you will just keep coming so don't try and kill them all. Run through the rooms and shoot the guys in the building, when you get to the entrance shoot a few of the guys you can see then just run out. It sounds stupid but trust me, run out the front entrance and head right sprinting through the gap in the fence and straight into the water. It sounds like ive given you bad advice, but no, where you just jumped down is actually where a dock is, so swing the camera around quickly and look to a place to get onto the dock.
Just sitting there on the dock is a nice Jetmax speedboat, jump inside and speed away. Simply drive in a straight line away from the police search area, your boat is much too fast for any of their boats or the helicopter. Once you have evaded the cops a Niko calls Little Jacob and you need to go meet up with him. Follow the blue blip to an alley to end the mission.

Have A Heart
After you watch the cut scene at Elizabeta's E the mission will start. Its pretty simple as long as you are a careful driver. Get in the car with the blue icon over it, a yellow blip will then appear and you will need to follow it to the doctors. Be carefull not to hit anything as the boot will flip open exposing Manny's body inside. Pay the toll on the bridge so you don't attract any attention and make it safely to the marker. Once there Niko will call Elizabeta to say the exchage has been made. This will end the mission thread with Elizabeta.

Out Of The Closet
At the start of the mission all you need to do is head over to the internet cafe, tw@. When you get there Niko calls Brucie and you learn that the target goes by the name of French Tom on love-meet.com. Jump on a computer and select the love-meet ad on the homepage. Select that your looking for a male and scroll down to find French Tom. Click on the date box to send a request. Your now gonna need to wait for some time, if you haven't yet completed Elizabetas missions now would be a good time to do that.
Check your inbox in a while to see if you have a reply. He wants to meet you at a diner in Hove beach so make a positive reply. You'll make a date with a with Tom and need to meet him at the time given. Make sure you don't sleep through this time and you will get reminded you need to be there two hours before hand.
When you get the message its almost time for the date head over there, if forget you have three hours to get there before the mission fails. The diner is the heart icon in Hove beach. Now a funny thing to do here is park your car right in front side steps of the diner. Enter through the other entrance walk around until you trigger the cut scene. When it ends you'll still be sitting down, follow the onscreen instructions to pick a weapon then get ready to kill Tom. He will try to get away so you can either stand up and shoot him, or you can watch him try and run away into the car you parked by the steps then kill him. Either way, easy mission and job done.

After the cut scene head over to the blue blip with Brucie and get into the Comet with him. Follow the yellow blip to the race start and get ready. Once the timer goes down you will now be in a checkpoint race. You must now race through a series of checkpoints and come first in the race. Pay attention to the arrows in the checkpoints and the radar to work out where the next one is. The key here is to drive fast but carefully and stay out of the way of the other racers. After you finish first place Brucie wants to be taken to his house. This now unlocks the Races for Brucie.

Deconstruction For Beginnners
Head over to the X to start your first mission for Playboy X. Playboy wants you to visit an alley down south of the island so follow the green blip down there and get into the SUV. Once inside you will be instructed on what to do next. Follow Playboy round the corner to the lift and get up to the top of the roof. Take a lookout over the construction site and pick off the mafia look outs represented as the red blips on our radar. There are three of them all posted on the end of cranes around the site. Once picked off head down the lift again and head over to the construction site. As you head over see if you can pick off any more of the mafia guys on site. You need to take out four key guys to finish the mission but they seem to have lots of minions around. Take out as many as you can from a distance and then push forward with another weapon. Hide behind the various cover in front of the site and take out the first leader, hes right at the front of the site. The second leader is now to the south a few floors up the next building, you can find a first aid kit by one of the beams on your way to the first floor.
Head up through the scaffolding and climb up a wooden ramp to the roof. When you get there a short cut scene plays in which Niko gets behind cover and pulls out grenades, this is actually a good idea so chuck them at the mafia guys as they come towards you. Once a few guys are down push forward again and take out the leader. Once hes down Playboy points out that the next guy is southwest of the site by the water. Follow the wooden ramp over there to find him hiding behind scaffolding, make sure you stick to cover and take him out. The last guy is now east with a helicopter on its way to come pick him up. Toss some grenades at the mafia guys heading towards you and shoot from cover. Once dead sprint towards the helicopter and throw a grenade at it, this will cause it to fly away a bit giving you the perfect chance to take out the last target, be aware you will need to drop down to reach him. Kill him and the mission is done.

Photo Shoot
Once again follow the X back to Playboy's pad. In this mission Playboy wants a rival gang member killed, in order to do this you will need to send a photo to Playboy of the gang member to confirm ID. Playboy will give you a swish new camera phone and you can be on your way. Follow the yellow gps blip to the baseball courts where and move to the blip to trigger a cut scene showing you some gang members and Marlon. Whip out your phone, select menu then camera and use the indicated buttons to take a photo of the gang members, don't get to close though. After the photo is taken send it to Playboy and he'll call back within seconds confirming your target. He'll now appear as a red blip, the best thing to do here is to take him out with a sniper rifle, this way none of his mates will do anything when he dies and your mission will complete. If you somehow miss he will try and run to a vehicle and get away, you'll need to chase him down and kill him like previous missions. Once dead your mission is complete, if you have already beaten The Snow Storm a new ? will appear on your map.

Ruff Rider
After you beat Deconstruction For Beginners this new D will appear on your map. In this mission Dwayne asks you to kill a dude that's with his girlfriend, head out to Chinatown following the yellow blip. Once you get there a cut scene will play where Dwayne's Girlfriend is there and her new man Jayvon. Jayvon quickly takes off and you are left to decide Cherise' fate. You can choose to kill her or let her live. Bear in mind that this has nothing to do with your overall 100% completion, if you let her live she will come back later on as a side mission but it will not affect your 100%.
After you decide to kill Cherise or let her live you need to jump on the motorcycle by you and chase down Jayvon. Hes probably got away a bit but you can quickly catch up with some careful driving. When you get near him you will need to use drive by shooting from your bike to take him down. Once hes dead he'll drop a money pouch, the green icon on your map. When you pick it up Niko will call Dwayne to set up a meeting. Follow the blue blip to him at a cluckin' bell and approach him to finish the mission.
